Bug description:
The current coordinated the keyboard sends to UbuntuKeyboardInfo in
Unity.Application is wrong in two ways:
1. It does always calculate y relative to the panel height, even when the
panel is not present
2. when the keyboard is swiped away, y should be screen_height and height
should be 0. You can see the bug here:
