Public bug reported:
When receiving a phone number in a SMS, for instance +33612341234, there
is no way to send a SMS directly to the phone number included in the
message (+33612341234). One first has to store the phone number in the
Contact List then prepare a new SMS and select this contact.
When selecting +33612341234, it should be possible to choose between
phone app or messaging app.
