Steps to reproduce, on desktop:

 - Have a couple of tabs open, and resize the window to ensure that the narrow 
layout is displayed
 - Close the current tab with Ctrl+W
 - Re-open the closed tab with Ctrl+Shift+T

Expected result: the closed tab is re-opened and loaded.

Actual result: the closed tab is re-opened, but it’s not loaded.
