Bug description:
Test case.
- Install unity8-desktop-session
- Login in Unity8.
- Check whether maliit-server is running.
Expected result.
- maliit-server is running.
Actual result.
- maliit-server is not running. ubuntu-keyboard is not an installed
dependency.
Zesty on qemu VM.
