The OEM would install the Facebook app by passing a special command line option or something to the click package installer so it would get installed in the predetermined OEM preload directory. The click package installer would have knowledge of a few different filesystem locations depending on what type or preload is being attempted. I'll wait for Colin to chime in on the exact requirements.
