I agree on this. I made a few tries at designing icons and didn't find a
place on the wiki to upload them so that they can be reviewed ; it seems
that only full icon themes can be submitted. My icons are located at the
bottom of this page :

Is there a way to upload them somewhere and let me know if they can be
used, what needs to be improved, etc. ?
