Personally I wouldn't worry about making icons on the desktop look a little messy, as the default install doesn't give the user any icons on their desktop. I've had a sore sleepless night so I'm a little frazzled or I would try to give you more useful comments. I do think the lozenge logo can be applied to almost any image though. If it makes the logo side a little heavy - cool, we like Ubuntu. If it makes the photographic side a little heavy - that's cool too since it's nice to look at. :o) > I have been poking around with a few concept ideas, but have nothing > concrete atm...
