Call off the hunt: I've found some, which are shipped with docbook-xsl,
sorry for the noise.

We're still very interested in your views on the potential book covers
though!! And if anyone feels the need to make some awesome colour icons,
that would rock too.

 
What is that you guys dislike about the current icons? I think they are OK... Another set of icons with the same features as you dislike is probably not what you want ;-P
