Time zone issues? Is this the most effective way to conduct ourselves at this immature state? I try to stick by the K.I.S.S. approach. Let's use who we have here (who have at least shown some due diligence and located the mailing list). Let's start with baby steps family.
With so many new post about getting organized, it's not. You can't say (as a team), 'lets start with x and y' then (as a team) start 5 other threads about a, b, c, d, e, f, g ,h.... Deal with what Mark suggested ONLY, then you can attack with leadership and focus and get something accomplished. You have six months. Slow and stead wins the race.
