It's nice, but strange to have scroll bars that seem to lay lower
than the rest of the interface. The inner bevel makes it seem strange.

in the engine section of a gtkrc then you get glassy (scrollbars)
I have no colour set, but I use the same colour as the buttons. If we
are going for glassy then this could be an option
