I have used them a lot, and I find them too flashy. The colours are

makes things 'messy'

It is true that they resemble Jimmac's somewhat, but I don't think
there is really much that one can do with a cursor (unless you are the
Fedora core 5 people :P)!

I think it is good for us to consider what is 'out there' - so thanks
for bringing it up :)

Everyone, I just got new information that may affect how we do cursors
for Edgy. Microsoft in a recent build of Vista put in new mouse cursors
by default. I attached a picture of the new cursors aside our
cursors...they are pretty nice but I find them to be a complete ripoff
of Jimmac!

"(unless you are the Fedora core 5 people :P)!", I know what you mean...since I actually use Fedora Core 5. But don't bash me for that claim, you can still make artwork for Ubuntu since Artwork is universal! I even cracked open the ubuntu-artwork package and distributed the good stuff (like Wallpapers, and GTK engines that produce a very specific look) on Gnome Look for my non-Ubuntu friends. I just love their spinner, why don't we do that?
