That clear border is kind of cool! A nice touch that really makes this mockup distinct (while still reasonably possible, which is unusual). Very sharp look on the menus, too.
There seems to be some unnecessary reliance on heavy compositing here. The transparent windows strike me as unnecessary, while your very attractive gradient could sit well instead for most cases.
