Wow, nice work, Anton! This theme looks excellent. I also prefer the smaller borders because of how much diversity there is inside the windows; it would be difficult to find one particular border colour to suit without the things feeling like cages. It works quite well here since the theme doesn't beg for rounded corners; it looks really sharp, and the square corners add to it. I think hiding the title for unfocused windows can hurt functionality, though, undoubtedly causing some displeased users. I also love the way you have the menu blend with the title bar for unfocused windows, as well as that little shadow underneath. For a half second, I was slightly sceptical of having the blended menu bar only for unfocused windows, but I think I like it that way now because of how it helps to break up the content. There are a surprising many users who simply ignore menus, so this should bring them to their attention. This also should fix a lot of the ugliness problems that occur when windows have numerous rows of toolbars... That, and I like how content looks really diverse and bright this way, as opposed to the drab and boring effect we often get when everything is the same colour...
