We don't use Emerald here for 2 reasons: 1) It is no longer maintained (the
compiz community is working on a new window decorator); 2) Metacity themes
can be used with both Compiz and without Compiz, meaning less theming and
more bugfixing (after all, even with themes, the less code, the less bugs).
