I can agree. For example look at this: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Shiki-Colors?content=86717 simply 3 different versions of one theme. The same with GDM: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Arc-Colors+GDM-Walls?content=88305 So the user can select perfectly matching colors, which are already prepared.
