Woah!!! Sorry but they look really really off. :( I think the symbol (restart, and power) should be smaller, but that would suck for the smaller icons when the user can't see the restart or power symbol! (also think about a shadow (or a more vibrent shadow) on the outside of the inner circle (where the symbols are))
