Took another look at mail-send-receive. The plate layer is empty. It's likely easiest to fix if you insert the graphics into a fresh template. You should turn on the pixel-grid (# Key, at least on this keyboard). All horizontal and vertical edges should be exactly on the grid for sharp rendering. See https://fedorahosted.org/echo-icon-theme/wiki/Guidelines/CommonMistakes The outline or your arrows is less than 1 pixel strong. Avoid this, it can't be rendered well.
