With yellow, we always have a problem of contrast. It doesn't stand out on the bright envelope. The blurry "aura" around the + signs in the last row don't work well in smaller sizes. The plain + signs in first row are much easier to read. The circle doesn't mean anything to me, + sign is better. I would prefer a star like used on some mail-new and folder-new icons, though. It's interesting to note that Apple doesn't include anything but arrows for Reply, Reply-All and Forward.
