hi,
taking note of the future of the ubuntu-desktop and the discussion we
had on the irc , i understand the points u have made...

just for everyone else here, a recap:
Kwwii has said that the ubuntu team was looking to *not* use any colors
for icons in the panel.

but the problem with this usage, with the greyscale version of hi-color
bar type icons, is that if the colors are not used then the wireless
icons would look almost exactly similar to the wireless icon used in
Windows7.

I'm hoping to prevent this similarity and try to create a greyscale
version with curves similar to the one i'v already created. not the same
, it will need more modification if it has to be displayed properly in
all panels as greyscale. and if i succeed in making one then we could
create similar look for the breathe notify-osd icons.

But since this discussion is more towards the icons in the breathe icon
set , *Cory* what do u think? greyscale or use these present color icons
for breathe?

cheers,
mac_v
