Ah, perspective on Inkscape. I've used it. What you need to do is draw a
trapezoid with the pen, starting from the bottom left corner (if I remember
correctly) going to the bottom right, etc, in the shape of the perspective
you want. Then select the trapezoid, then the shape you want to use
perspective on, and use the perspective plugin (might have to reverse the
order, I can't remember). Keep in mind that perspective only works on one
object at a time, which is why it is rarely used.
