Hello Everyone, I noticed the Launchpad blueprint for this topic was waiting a spec so I gave it a go ( feel free to modify as desired ).

I do not know if this will be an open forum or a guided discussion. If the latter, who will facilitate? Will there be a way to attend remotely? John
