Hey Martin,
Adobe seem to have changed the flash archive for linux so as the
md5sums are no longer the same.
To install manually see:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=3013930&postcount=3
Which contains these instructions:

sudo apt-get remove flashplugin-nonfree
rm ~/.mozilla/plugins/*flash*
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
save to desktop
cd Desktop
tar -xvzf install_flash_player_9_linux.tar.gz
sudo mv install_flash_player_9_linux/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/
sudo mv install_flash_player_9_linux/flashplayer.xpt /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/

The instructions aint all that explicit. Just yell if you need help
with any steps.
