Just a suggestion but would it be feasible to add the next meeting time to the email footer where the list information currently is? I have a tendency to forget my head at times. It would also require someone to update the footer with each passing meeting. I saw it when the guys at the Griffith Linux Users Group started doing it and find it rather handy now.
