It is available for free from http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/ubuntu/releases/hardy/ubuntu-8.04-server-i386.iso and other places. If you need a copy burnt and mailed, someone might be willing to do it for free/cost. Asking a little more politely might increase the chances of a positive response.
