I have Thunderbird (ver 2.0.0.14 for Windows) on an old PC. I want to transfer all of that mail to Evolution (Ubuntu 8.04) on my present PC.
There is no apparent export function in T/Bird. (The Internet has some suggestions but I can't get any of them to work!) Where and what directories/files can I copy to the new PC in order to have Evolution import the mail? (If need be, I could tolerate importing them in T/Bird Ubuntu as they are generally reference mails anyway.)
