Thank you to those who replied to my 2 questions.
1 - DigiKam - yes it opens now by typing digikam (small letters) into
terminal. Thank you.
It is listed as an installed program but didn't want to open as normal
and I gave it 10 minutes to think about it, on several occasions.
2 - Mobile on the move - thank you for those tips, I'll go talk to Telstra
again :--( And also to our ISP.
