Good morning Ubuntu-AU'ers,

I was hoping to find some inspiration for some posters to have printed
for the booth at LCA 2011 coming up in a few weeks. I have been
searching around on line and think the following 3 would be best:

http://spreadubuntu.org/files/Ubuntu-roughcut.png

I just thought I'd put it to the list to see if anyone else has seen
anything that can be scaled to at least A3 or A2 size.

I would also like to take the opportunity to encourage everyone to
start thinking about and putting themselves down for when they wanted
to volunteer. There are quite a few people who have indicated they
were willing to help but only a few of us have committed to the both
so far. I am willing to fill in as required but I would also like time
to check out the open day as well being free to take photos of the
event for the team.

I was hoping there would be some details on the Sunday Registration
for LCA as I was thinking for our social event we could organise a get
together just before or just after depending on the timing of the
registration. I was also thinking somewhere like the Pancake Manor
(http://www.pancakemanor.com.au/) as it is within walking distance (a
few blocks) of the conference venue itself and is a friendly
environment with a range of foods that doesn't necessarily involve
lots of people drinking and loud bands. I'm open to other suggestions
just wanted to get the ball rolling so we don't end up missing out
entirely.

Again all details are at:
