Hi Jared, Thats a good suggestion my only concern is I think the Salvo's etc don't accept electrical goods any more due to the risk they could be faulty & lead to legal problems down the track.
I have very limited computer time at the moment but maybe someone can email a few of the charities and ask them what the situation is.
