Personally I use the AARNet mirror [1] because as a Telstra home broadband user it's downloads are unmetered and as an added bonus it also has great download speeds. The list of different types of 12.10 releases are available in their own folder [2]. And to make life easier I've included direct links to the 32 bit version [3] as well as the 64 bit version [4] so just feel free to grab whichever you need. If you need help installing it from the downloaded ISO the official guide is quite useful so I've got a link to that as well just in case [5].
