I don't yet think we are ready to upload. I've been working with upstream on an
issue with pulse 3 and ARM, particularly the pandaboard. A patch was written,
but preliminary testing shows that the crasher is not resolved. I need to start
again from scratch today to make sure I didn't miss anything and make sure the
crash is not there. If it is, then we need to get the crasher resolved before
we can upload 3.0 to raring. A lot is riding on pulse for ARM so it has to work.
