Hi all. Im having an issue with the Macbook Pro TRRS combo port not recognising the microphone (speakers works) and I'm wondering if anyone here has time to guide me a bit with trying to fix this issue.
I filed a bug report earlier: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1393502 And i have found another report with the same problem on the same chipset here with a bit more info: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1410618 I have installed the latest ALSA from: oem-audio-hda-daily-dkms_0.201503111631~ubuntu14.10.1_all.deb <https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-audio-dev/+archive/ubuntu/alsa-daily/+files/oem-audio-hda-daily-dkms_0.201503111631~ubuntu14.10.1_all.deb> So where do I go from here?
