Investigating for a source change backport. I'd like a status report
from zachtib on the stability of the version of deluge-torrent in Gutsy,
and I would also like either him or a packager to justify that it's safe
to revert build-depends on libboost, as they were bumped up after a
FTBFS patch was put into the packaging.
