Dapper, Fiesty, and Gutsy are still supported. For backports unless a user requests it, Feisty and Gutsy won't get done (virtually all non-LTS users upgrade, so these releases are not so important for backports). For Dapper, the package won't build without changes on Dapper's tool chain. If someone can figure out what to do to make it work, then it can be backoprted, but until then, no.
