Andrew, You're using i386? If so, nspluginwrapper isn't necessary - I built that package for testing purposes. Remove nspluginwrapper and flashplugin- nonfree, then reinstall flashplugin-nonfree.
Also, I have *never* seen Youtube crash from this particular bug, so you may likely have another problem. Do you have "libflashsupport" installed? It's not a good idea to ask for support in Launchpad bug reports like this, as it pollutes the comments. Ubuntu Forums may be a better place.
