Hi backporters,

Prompted by Stéphane's LXC backport, which can't go ahead in the usual
way due to libseccomp in quantal-backports, I've asked for a non-virtual
(builds on the real buildd hardware, for all architectures) PPA so that
I can build it there, then copy with binaries into -backports.

The procedure I'll use goes something like this [the PPA has -backports
enabled and ignores components, as for backports in the primary
archive].

  1. Copy problematic dependency with binaries from <target>-backports
     into <target>-release in the PPA.
  2. Wait for it to publish.
  3. Do a backport with backportpackage, as usual, but upload it into
     the PPA.
  4. One this is built on all architectures, copy with binaries to
     <target>-backports.
  5. Delete the build from the PPA.

The PPA is

  https://launchpad.net/~laney/+archive/backports

It's under my user because of a policy which means that only Canonical
employees may upload to non-virtual PPAs. Sorry about that, but grab me
in whatever way and I'll try my best to process any other backport
blocked by this bug as soon as I can.

Cheers,
