Please backport hedgewars 0.9.21.1-4 (universe) from vivid to precise,
trusty, utopic.
Reason for the backport:

I got all the (relevant) debian patches merged upstream.
No need to test anything, since it is just some translation updates, and
my merged patches (with a little tweak)
(I can setup some vm for testing them, but I use trusty and utopic daily
with that version and no problems)
