Public bug reported:
SWIG 3.0 support C++11 for generating language bindings. But, current version
SWIG 2.0 present in Trusty does not support C++11.
GCC 4.8 which is part of Trusty already supports C++11, so it would be great to
have SWIG 3.0 backported.
