Please backport nvidia-settings 346.47-0ubuntu1 (main) from vivid to
trusty, utopic.
Reason for the backport:

New upstream, armhf build, now ships libxnvctrl-dev and libxnctrl0.
Testing:

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
