As Raihan mentioned Cedega is different than WineX. However, it all depends on the DLLs, if you can find the required DLL you can run many windows apps under WINE. However, if you know where to look you can find the Cedega or Crossover package :P
One free alternative to Cedega is PlayOnLinux. You can find Ubuntu package for it, just google.
