For some strange reason KDE does not let you Set shortcut like Ctrl+Shift of
Alt+Shift I am not sure why

but you try yourself.

kmenu>system settings>keyboard & Mouse> Keyboard Shortcut

under global setting search Layout and it will show you the path, choose
custom. then set your keyboard shortcut
