It was a pre-planed outage, I talked about it on IRC about 8 hours
before the machine was taken down due to change of hard drives.

The sites are running from a new data center since February and the
uptime has been great (>99.9%). The reason ubuntu-bd.org was down
last time was due to a problem with Canonical's end, they mistakenly
deleted our DNS record. And when things like this happen, it is
difficult to track down the right person who's capable of fixing it as
they are volunteer system admins, not Canonical employees.

The sites will be restored by tonight, and if not, by early morning tomorrow.
