The problem that we're facing this time is that the domain is pointed to a wrong nameserver, not that one that we're using. We do not have access to make nameserver changes, therefor we need to reply on of the server admins of Ubuntu EU team, who handles this. I've already talked to them about it but they were unable to resolve the issue. For some reason the master nameserver is not accepting changes, and therefor we stuck with it for sometime. I'm in touch with the team, and hoping that this issue will be sorted as soon as possible.
