hello jui,

download the neatbeans c/c++ IDE from here
http://www.netbeans.org/downloads/start.html?platform=linux&lang=en&option=cpp&version=6.7.1

it will download a .sh format file. save this file into your home
directory. then run the following command.

sudo chmod 755 netbeans-6.7.sh

sudo ./netbeans-6.7.sh  et viola!
