এটির পূর্ণ সংস্করণ তৈরী হয় নাই। সোর্সকোড থেকে ব্যবহার করতে হচ্ছে । তবে ডেবিয়ান প্যাকেজ হিসাবে পাওয়া যাবে www.getdeb.net/app/Pidgin সাইটে। XMPP প্রোটকলের জন্য এখন চালু করা হয়েছে । ইয়াহু বা এমএসএনের কিছু সুবিধা যুক্ত করা হয়েছে বাকিগুলি নিয়েও কাজ করা হচ্ছে। পরবর্তী দুই তিনটি সংস্করণের মধ্যে বাকিগুলি পাওয়া যাবে আশা করা যায়।
