You need to add a .pls file to you preferred Player. - Download this file: http://202.4.100.2:8000/listen.pls - Save it on your HD. - And play this Playlist with your preferred Player (Totem, Rhythmbox, mplayer, VLC etc.)
Another way can be adding a radio station in RhythmBox.
