@Saad, Well, you have some logic with our argument for sure. But there are something more and stronger that I can show you.
Since the era of British ruler's 'ঢাকা' used to be spelt as 'Dacca' in English. Later, we changed that to 'Dhaka' and the rest of the world adopted that. Same happend to Bomai to Mumbai or Barma to Mayanmar. According to the 3rd amendment of the Constitution of Bangladesh, 'Bengali' has been replaced by 'Bangla' officially. (ref: http://www.pmo.gov.bd/constitution/part1.htm#3.) This is our languge. And naturally we have the ultimate right to decide how to name it, than others.
