Please change the subject of your email when posting new different emails.

No, there is no program to open/edit Microsoft Publisher docs in
Ubuntu. However, you can replace it by Scribus. It is similar
publishing software but it does not support .pub files.

Try to move away from proprietary document formats. Although they are
very user-friendly(not to me!) to start with, they actually create a
mess with your documents as time passes by.
