But as the questing was on this thread, Answer for IPv6, there is a different version of iptables, add a '6' before your table, you will find the firewall for IPv6, Check it bellow, screenshot from my IPv6 Gateway, (I used to flow ALL IPv6 Traffic of my IPv6 User, if anyone found his IPv6 is not working and through it out!) :
