umm are we still talking about party or workshop/event? Banner unnecessary expenditure, doesn't matter how cheap you do it don't you think spending 500-600 tk onto something else a bit more refreshing will be better?
Cake with logo is cool, how much it may require let me know. In my opinion arrange the party in 1st week of Nov. And start promoting now 50tk registration fee in an open enviornment is unrealistic, rather having onspot toll/donation system is much more practical now a days most people carry extra 20-50tk hopefully participients won't be shy while donating.I still remember at hakim chottor there are delicious puri on sell which costs 15-20tk last year (not sure current price) Focus of the event should be having fun with fellow Ubuntero, rather than promoting Ubuntu to 'aamjonota', we have workshop for that Sent from mobile....
