Jeroen, just do as I did - open up your favourite IRC client, go to #olpc on irc.freenode.net and ask for people in the US who are willing to reship a laptop. I also thought that there was a way for us Europeans to order one, providing you are able to provide a shipping address in the US, but I don't remember who told me this. Just google for: xo olpc europe > > Jan Claeys wrote: > > Op donderdag 20-12-2007 om 13:20 uur [tijdzone +0100], schreef Tom Van > > Braeckel: > >> I'm quite new in the ubuntu-be team and I've never been at Fosdem but > >> I'll be there this year. > >> > >> I'm going to bring my XO laptop so you can all play with it :-) I'm > >> planning to boot it into Ubuntu from an external USB drive or SD card. > >> > >> Looking forward to it already ! > > > > Cool, how did you get one? > > > > > -- ubuntu-be mailing list / mailto:[email protected] You can find list info and your subscription configuration options at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-be
